Our Approach

Now that you’ve accepted the offer, let’s ensure you have a clear picture of your new role. We’ll take a fresh look at the job description and responsibilities, what was revealed in the interview process, and questions and concerns that keep taking up your mental time. Our intention will be to ensure you fully understand what you’re stepping into; and if you don’t, we’ll strategize ways to get clarity in your first couple of weeks.

Engaging With Your Staff & Colleagues

Getting to know who’s who, what everyone does, and who to go to as you learn the company will be essential in your first few weeks. We’ll provide you with tools for getting to know the people you’ll be working with, and ensuring communication is strong from the start.

Setting Goals

Your first few weeks will be a whirlwind of new information combined with high expectations that you’ll hit the ground running. It’s easy to get swept up into the day-to-day and lose site of what you truly want to accomplish. To keep you on the right path, we’ll help you create a 30-, 60-, and 90-day plan followed by key achievements to reach within your first six months and by the end of your first year.
