We’ll help you succeed in your current role and, when you decide to reach for that promotion or search for a new job, we’ll help you feel confident talking about who you are and what you do best.
We’re based in the San Francisco Bay Area, yet our clients stretch across North America to Europe. Whenever possible, we meet our clients in person, but we’re equally comfortable meeting by video or talking by phone. What’s most important is that we manage our time well, so you get the most out of our coaching sessions.
Lastly, we know you’re unique, so our coaching strategy will be customized for you. In our first session, we’ll take the time to learn all we can about what you’ve done and where you’ve seen success, and we’ll look to you to be open and honest about what matters most as we work together to define your career path. From there, we’ll map out what we want to accomplish, how frequently we want to meet, and which milestones we want to measure.
